Upon successful payment, you'll receive an automated order confirmation email within 15 minutes. This email serves as your digital receipt and contains all critical order details. Please review the shipping address, product selections, and pricing carefully. As we use recycled materials with limited stock runs, we cannot modify orders after 1 hour of placement. Due to the nature of sustainable fashion production, all orders undergo manual inventory verification within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable during this check. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund via your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We may also cancel orders that exhibit suspicious activity or violate our purchase limits (maximum 5 identical items per customer).
All displayed prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Import duties/VAT for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible, but final charges may vary based on your country's customs policies. Price adjustments are not offered for subsequent promotions unless covered by our Price Match Guarantee (valid within 7 days of purchase).
As each garment is made from carefully sourced recycled materials, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. International orders typically ship via DHL Express (3-7 business days) while domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (4-8 business days). You'll receive tracking information once your sustainable fashion package begins its journey. During peak seasons or material sourcing delays, processing may extend to 7 business days.
We offer a 21-day return window from delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Due to the specialized nature of recycled fabrics, all returns require pre-authorization – email [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization using our provided return label. Refunds process within 14 business days of receiving returned items. Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned.
By purchasing from FabFit, you support our closed-loop system where 2% of each order funds textile recycling programs. All packaging materials are either biodegradable or reusable. We encourage customers to return worn-out FabFit garments (from any brand) for recycling – contact us for prepaid recycling labels.
