All orders are carefully processed within 4–7 business days after confirmation. Due to our sustainable production methods and quality checks on recycled materials, processing may occasionally extend to 10 business days during high-demand periods. You will receive email notifications if your order requires additional processing time beyond our standard window.
Shipping begins once your order completes our eco-friendly packaging process. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days via carbon-neutral shipping options. International shipments to Canada, Australia, and Europe take 14–28 business days as we prioritize ground transportation and sea freight to reduce our carbon footprint.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and select European countries. Please verify shipping availability during checkout as some remote locations may have restrictions.

For time-sensitive needs, we offer expedited shipping with carbon offset options. This service prioritizes your order while maintaining our environmental commitments through optimized routing and hybrid vehicles.
Expedited shipping applies to: (1) In-stock sustainable items, (2) Orders placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing, and (3) Major metropolitan areas where we can guarantee efficient delivery networks. During seasonal transitions when inventory rotates, expedited options may be temporarily unavailable.
All international shipments may incur customs fees, which vary by destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. Unpaid customs fees resulting in returned packages will require a US$25 restocking fee to cover our sustainable logistics costs.
To maintain our environmental standards, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote locations where sustainable transport options are unavailable. Please provide a physical address for delivery during checkout.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Our eco-friendly carriers provide detailed tracking, though international shipments may show limited updates until clearing customs. We monitor all shipments and will proactively notify you of any delays.
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Due to our sustainable operations, refunds take 10–14 business days to process after we receive the returned items. All returns must be in original condition with our eco-packaging intact.
