Once processing begins (after 4 hours), cancellations cannot be accommodated, but our extended 30-day return window gives you ample time to evaluate your sustainable purchase.
We stand behind our upcycled materials and ethical craftsmanship. If any item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 45 days of delivery - nearly double the standard timeframe, reflecting our commitment to sustainable consumption patterns. Exchanges are available for the same item in different sizes/colors or for other sustainable styles of equal value from our current collection.
To maintain our circular fashion model, returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached (including our special recycled content certification tag). Any alterations or damage makes items ineligible for return. Please reuse the original packaging or use sustainable alternatives for return shipping. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or have been exposed to harsh detergents, as this compromises our ability to responsibly repurpose materials.
Exchanges require the returned item to meet all original condition standards. For size/color exchanges, we'll ship your new item within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, allowing extra time for our sustainable packaging process. For style exchanges, you may select any available item from our current collection (subject to stock availability in our limited-run sustainable production model). Price differences will be adjusted accordingly - we'll either charge the difference or refund the balance to your original payment method.
A $15 return shipping fee applies to help offset the carbon-neutral shipping costs for non-defective returns. This fee is waived if the return results from our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect). For exchanges, the $15 fee covers both the return and your new item's sustainable shipping. We're proud to reinvest these fees into our textile recycling programs.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 12-18 business days of receiving your return. This extended period allows our sustainability team to thoroughly inspect each item and determine the most environmentally responsible next steps - whether restocking, upcycling, or proper textile recycling. You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is issued, along with details about how your returned materials will be repurposed.
Due to the unique nature of recycled materials, we limit exchanges to one per item. Final sale items marked as "Archive" or "Last Chance" are non-returnable to support our zero-waste initiatives. For limited-edition sustainable collaborations, exchanges are subject to extremely limited availability - if the style is no longer in stock, we'll issue a refund and ensure the returned materials enter our upcycling stream.
